I bet you’re wondering where PrttyParticular came from.

Hi, I’m LT – I’ve spent the last 15 years and a Master’s degree working across industries including tech, consulting, higher education, travel & hospitality, beauty, energy & resources, consumer products, retail, etc. doing everything from consulting, career coaching, and organizational development to teaching modeling and cosmetology.

The thing that helped me in every single role is this: I’m particular.

I always have been and always will be. And because I am, I notice details others often don’t. There’s a precision, clarity, and decisiveness that comes from being detail-oriented.

I’m the catalyst to resolution; I help people and organizations optimize outcomes by showing others how to get their own clarity, align their goals to real, meaningful values and enhance strategic decision making.
